This　article　first　introduced　the　basic　concept　of　the　diffusion　tensor　imaging(DTI),　then　the　DTI　and　diffusion　tensor　tractography　(DTT)　technology　applied　to　temporal　lobe　epilepsy(TLE)　patients　with　the　measured　diffusion　tensor　parameters　and　abnormal　connections　were　analyzed.　Current　structural　study　of　TLE　including　the　brain　network　with　DTI　were　summarized.　Finally　trends　of　the　TLE　diagnosis　with　DTI　was　expected.　©　2017,　Editorial　Department　of　Journal　of　Beijing　University　of　Technology.　All　right　reserved.
