Abstract:
建立了变壁厚涡旋压缩机型线方程.在变壁厚条件下针对某一款电动车空调用涡旋压缩机对其容积特性、动力特性和热力学特性进行计算,并与等壁厚涡旋压缩机进行比较.计算结果显示:同款变壁厚后的涡旋压缩机吸气容积提升7.90%,压缩过程的容积变化率减小,轴向气体力较等壁厚稍有增大,同时相比于等壁厚涡旋压缩机制冷量和制冷COP分别提高15.55%和41.68%.
