"公共课"是高校中所有系科、专业的学生都必须修习的课程,在高校课程中占基础性地位。高校公共课教师是承担公共课教学的主体,对公共课教师进行激励有利于激发公共课教师的教学热情、使公共课的课堂焕发活力。本文以赫茨·伯格双因素理论(Two-Factor Theory)为理论基础,分析了当前公共课教师激励中遇到的阻碍并提出对策。
