Abstract：
通过整理分析2001-2017年《中国教育统计年鉴 》《中国教育经费统计年鉴 》中成人高等、中等学校相关数据,了解到当下我国成人教育主要存在专职师生结构失衡、教学资源供给不足、成人高等学校与成人中等学校发展存在差距等问题,故需要进一步优化教师队伍结构 、促进教育资源均衡、保障成人教育经费投入.
