Abstract：
基于秦皇岛港现状,根据邮轮码头选址的合理性、战略性、系统性、合法性原则,初步确定了秦皇岛邮轮码头选址方案。运用模糊评价方法,对方案进行比选,确定了秦皇岛邮轮码头选址最佳方案,并根据评价结果提出秦皇岛邮轮码头建设的发展建议。
