在对德国建筑遗产技术人才培育体系形成背景和结构分析的基础上,介绍了该体系下3类技术人才培养方式及其特点,并通过将德国与中国进行横向比较的方法,归纳德国建筑遗产技术人才培养体系在培养理念、结构、具体内容和存在的问题等方面对中国的启示。
