当企业面临宏观或微观环境的重大变化时,需要紧跟环境的变化方向,及时作出战略调整与选择,然而企业有意识的进行战略创新及由此开展的一系列战略创新活动,并不等于企业就赢得了市场.企业战略创新若想克服各种战略创新障碍并取得战略创新成功,必须在战略创新过程中具备核心竞争力.基于此,本文将以试论企业战略管理的创新作为切入点,在此基础上予以深入的探究.
