Abstract:
房地产行业是国民经济的支柱行业之一,同时也是一个高风险的行业.本文使用2006-2018年的数据,通过建立VAR模型、格兰杰检验等方法对房地产与金融风险的关系作出实证分析,最后基于结论,对房地产行业降低金融风险提出合理建议.
