Abstract：
基于中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据,探讨公共教育投入影响高等教育入学机会的内在机理,研究表明,公共教育投入改善个体教育获得主要通过提升教育预期收益、改善个体教育预期以及增加教育供给三种路径来实现.具体而言,公共教育投入改善了各个收入阶层的高等教育入学机会,促进了人力资本积累,且在现行教育政策下,教育部门能够在改善教育预期、扩大教育供给等诸多方面有效干预个体的教育决策.
