Abstract:
采用化学试剂配制了5组不同Fe_2O_3含量的高硫型硫铝酸盐水泥生料,在1225~1425℃下保温煅烧,得到相应的水泥熟料,通过观察熟料外观形貌、利用XRD和BSE-SEM测试,研究了Fe_2O_3含量对水泥熟料煅烧和矿物组成的影响。结果表明:熟料中铁相的矿物组成更接近于C_6AF_2;在CaO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3-Fe_2O_3-SO_3系统中,随着Fe_2O_3含量的增加,系统熔点降低;适量的铁相可以促进水泥熟料的早期水化。
