Abstract:
分别选用Y2O3-Li2O-CaO,La2O3-Li2O-CaO,CeO2-Li2O-CaO三组复合烧结助剂,采用流延法制备氮化铝(A1N)素坯带,在1 750℃进行两次无压烧结,分别保温5h和3h,制得表面平整的A1N陶瓷.分析陶瓷样品的物相组成和微观结构形貌,研究不同复合烧结助剂对陶瓷样品介电性能的影响.结果表明,合适的烧结助剂可以使A1N陶瓷同时具有高热导率和低介电常数.
