Abstract：
首先根据新型城镇化内涵构建完善的中原城市群城镇化效率评价指标体系,运用含非期望产出的DEA-SBM模型和Malmquist-Luenberger生产率指数模型对该区域城镇化效率进行测算和分解,并采用Tobit回归模型对影响因素进行分析,最后提出相关政策建议。研究表明:(1)中原城市群城镇化效率表现一般且区域间差异明显。(2)大部分城市存在期望产出不足、非期望产出过量的情况。(3)经济基础、空间集聚水平对中原城市群城镇化效率影响显著。
