Abstract:

空心钨极中心负压电弧优化了传统焊接热源的能量密度及分布.为了深入理解环境压力对电弧行为和放电特性的影响,在流体力学和麦克斯韦方程组基础上,建立了空心钨极中心负压电弧的三维稳态数学模型.利用FLUENT软件,选择合适的源项和边界条件进行迭代计算,得到了不同局部压力下空心钨极中心负压电弧的物理状态,与试验结果相符.结果表明,与传统TIG焊电弧相比,空心钨极中心负压电弧的能量分布和热力输出均发生改变.随着局部压力的减小,电弧半径逐渐减小,径向温度梯度增大;电弧对工件的热力输出随着局部压力的降低而减少.
