学校在日常管理工作中,非常注重教师队伍的培养.在多年的办学过程中,学校逐渐确立了教师专业发展的途径,即读书厚底蕴,实践增才干,反思明得失,对话启智慧,研究促发展,观念定生活.下面,我主要从读书活动、培训活动和骨干教师引领三个方面来谈一谈学校在这方面的探索和实践.
