Abstract：
运用Renishaw激光干涉仪在合适的测量环境下对齿轮磨床各轴的定位精度、重复定位精度以及位置偏差等参数进行检测,对检测数据进行分析处理,之后对机床进行螺距补偿以提高各轴的精度.检测结果表明,补偿后机床精度满足工作要求.该方法方便快捷、可靠,适用于实际生产.
