Abstract：
高校科研经费是每个高校科研管理的重要组成部分。随着科学教育事业的不断发展，很多高校的科研项目不断地增加，科研经费的支出也不断地引起重视，但是在经费的管理上也会出现一些问题，根据这些出现的问题，提出了一些解决对策。
