Abstract:
研制了一种新型Fe-Cr-Mo-Ni-W热作模具气保护堆焊药芯焊丝。利用金相显微镜、高温箱式电阻炉等对其堆焊合金的显微组织结构、热稳定性、抗热疲劳性能进行了研究。结果表明:Fe-Cr-Mo-Ni-W堆焊合金显微组织由板条马氏体+残余奥氏体组成,焊态硬度47.8 HRC;550℃回火热处理过程中,随着热处理时间的延长,堆焊层硬度逐步降低并趋于平缓。研制的堆焊合金热稳定性优于国外同类焊材,抗热疲劳裂纹性能相近,并明显优于常用的热作模具钢5Cr Ni Mo。
