Abstract：
对于农民工工资价格提出价格无效、价格有效两个假设。在此之下,运用回归方程来考察户籍因素对于农民工工资的影响机制可以发现:在价格无效的假设之下,农民工的工资普遍受到户籍歧视的影响,而在低水平工资行业这种歧视是一种逆歧视现象;在价格有效的假设之下,农民工的工资主要受到户籍相关的教育与保险因素影响。因此,应从户籍和人力资本两方面采取措施来改善我国农民工工资水平。
