Abstract:
采用微束等离子喷涂方法在Ti-6Al-4V基体上制备了羟基磷灰石(Hydroxyapatite,HA)扁平粒子和涂层,研究喷涂距离(70mm、80mm、90mm)对HA粒子扁平化和涂层相结构以及结晶度影响。结果表明:微束等离子喷涂制备的HA扁平粒子形貌主要为圆盘状。在研究范围内,随着喷涂距离的增加,粒子熔化程度增加,涂层更加致密,涂层的结晶度随着喷涂距离的增加依次降低,分别为90.3%、89.5%和85.6%。
