研究生的专业认同直接影响其在校期间的专业投入行为,进而影响人才培养质量.地方理工科高校人文社会学科研究生专业认同总体水平较低,究其原因,环境因素影响较大,通过营造良好环境、加强专业建设、完善课程结构、丰富实践活动等方式有利于提高其专业认同水平.
