Abstract:

研究了微量Er加入对Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金组织与性能的影响.结果表明,微量Er的加入可改善合金的铸态组织,细化合金晶粒,提高合金的力学性能.应力腐蚀敏感性是制约Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金应用的关键因素.通过慢应变速率拉伸试验(SSRT)研究了Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金的应力腐蚀过程.结果表明,Er的加入提高了该合金的抗应力腐蚀性.两种合金在惰性介质中的拉伸断口没有太大区别,但在3.5%NaCl溶液中,不含Er的合金断口形貌由韧窝区和腐蚀区组成,含Er的合金断口则主要由韧窝组成.
