从＂希望六号＂(HOPE VI)计划到＂选择性邻里＂(Choice Neighborhoods)计划体现出美国公共住房政策在保持连续性的基础上所做出的调整与完善。重点介绍了美国近期推出的＂希望六号＂与＂选择性邻里＂公共住房更新政策,总结出其更新政策演变的七个特点及原因,最后,从四个方面对我国城市居住区更新提出了相关政策建议。
