Abstract：
针对盾构施工过程中，常因地面加固、机械维护等因素造成长时间停机等待的情况进行了分析，并以北京八号线二期地铁盾构保压施工为例，研究了停机位置的选择要求，总结了停机前以及停机期间的技术要点，解决了因停机引起的泥浆流失、地表沉降等问题。
