Abstract：
网络租金的形成对网络组织的合作成功起着非常重要的作用。在文献梳理的基础上提炼了影响网络租金形成的因素,运用解释结构模型分析了影响因素之间的关系、层次结构与作用路径。最后总结了网络租金形成的＂五层次三路径＂的作用机理。旨在为网络租金的形成与创造提供理论支撑,进而提升网络组织运行的质量与效率。
