Abstract：
在梳理生态学思想在公司治理领域的应用现状的基础上,结合公司治理实践,从生态位角度分析了不同股东种群间的生态位关系,并提出了运用生态位思想对股东关系问题的进一步研究方向,有助于突破传统研究的瓶颈,为解决公司治理现实问题提供新思路和新方法。
