Abstract:

综合对比分析了等离子熔敷、激光熔敷与电镀工艺涂层表面的耐腐蚀性、硬度和耐磨性,结果发现:电镀涂层硬度达到866.8 HV20,磨损量仅0.028 7 g,具有较高的硬度和耐磨性,但耐腐蚀最差,盐雾试验中72 h后便出现了腐蚀点;等离子熔敷涂层显微硬度达到445.7 HV20,约为激光熔敷涂层的1.59倍,磨损量是0.226 28 g,耐磨性约为激光熔敷的0.74倍。极化曲线显示激光熔敷和等离子熔敷具有好的耐腐蚀性。
