Abstract：
在企业生产过程中，各生产过程实际发生的生产成本均具有一定的不确定性。本文提出了通过建立模糊线性规划生产成本结构优化模型对各生产价值活动生产成本进行定量分析，并通过该模型得到使顾客价值最大化的成本结构，以更好的实现成本控制目标。
