Abstract：
根据马斯洛的人类需求层次理论的内涵与外延，从理论上探讨了人类对于照明的需求内因，并总结了人对于照明的需求层次规律，进而根据照明自身的发展与趋势，以城市景观照明为例，探讨了实现照明需求最高层次的照明设计方向与对应策略，以期为“以人为本”的照明设计提供理论依据与指导。
