Abstract：
基于Abaqus有限元理论,采用间接热力耦合的方法对汽轮机低压缸端板进行焊接数值模拟.计算时将焊接热循环曲线作为数值载荷,并运用生死单元技术模拟实际焊接,得到该结构温度场、应力场和焊接变形分布情况,最终测得的工程实际端板几何边界变形量与数值模拟结果吻合良好.该研究为汽轮机焊接和其他大型结构的焊接提出了一种高效的数值模拟方法和技术路线.
