目前中国城市内涝问题难以控制,排水系统建设历史欠账太多,难以突破.对比发达国家,深层隧道排水技术是中国的盲点.从用途进行分类,详细阐述国内外发达城市发展过程中遇到的防洪排涝问题,以及深层隧道排水工程在城市排水系统中的地位和作用,为中国未来的深层隧道排水规划提供参考.
