赞皇金隅水泥有限公司(简称ZHJY厂)成立于2008年2月,现有2 000t/d新型干法熟料水泥生产线2条,4 000t/d新型干法熟料水泥生产线1条.其中,三期2 000t/d熟料生产线2012年12月投产.生料制备采用辊压机终粉磨,辊压机型号为CLF180-100,生产能力为380t/h,且运行平稳;吨生料电耗为17kWh/t左右.本文就该厂辊压机生料终粉磨系统的设计特点及应用进行分析、评价.
