Abstract：
母胎Holter监测是一种新兴的胎儿监测方法,采用腹部胎儿心电(Fetal ECG,FECG)技术分析胎儿宫内情况[1].在国内,FECG尚未开展于临床.本研究通过母胎Holter监测采样并进行分析,计算出胎儿心率减速力(DC)及心率加速力(AC)这2个量化指标,初步探讨上述量化指标的特征及其与围产儿结局的关系.
