随着后危机时代中国经济结构调整的逐渐深入,现代服务业的发展以及产业融合的深化,固有的人才培养模式已经不能适应人才的需求。本文将易变性生涯的概念引入到现代服务业人才培养模式的设计之中,找出目前人才培养存在的问题,对人才培养模式创新方面提出对策。
