采用IPG YLS-6000光纤激光器和Fronius Magic Wave 3000 job数字化焊机,对4 mm厚5083H116铝合金进行了复合填丝焊接试验.研究了光丝间距和送丝速度等工艺参数对光纤激光—变极性TIG复合填丝焊接的影响,并分析了焊接结果及接头力学性能.结果表明,该复合填丝焊接方法能够获得比较稳定的焊接过程,得到成形良好的焊缝,消除了复合焊接时表面下凹等缺陷,焊缝无气孔和裂纹;接头抗拉强度为331MPa,达到母材强度的97%,延伸率为9.6%.
