Abstract：
本文对单元之间有聚集性时出现的小域估计问题,通过样本外推机制来改进抽样设计,有效增加了域中的样本量,这种方法更节约调查费用,并且估计量具有优良的性质.为解决在流动劳动力、传染病群体等调查研究中的小域估计问题,提供了一种新的解决方法参考和理论支撑.
