为了研究拥挤收费限流措施对私家车拥有者出行方式的影响,在大量问卷调查数据分析的基础上,分析了收费费率、家庭月收入、出行目的对私家车拥有者出行方式的影响,并建立私家车出行选择模型.结果表明:收费费率、家庭月收入和出行目的对私家车拥有者出行方式影响显著.
