本文通过实证研究,探讨变革型领导风格对创新能力的作用关系,验证变革型领导的四个因子与员工创新能力正相关关系,以及内发动机和创新自我效能的中介作用.结论是:有效激励员工在工作中更多地从事与创新相关的活动,能够促进企业良性发展.
