高校试读生普遍存在乐群性与有恒性明显较低、思维片面、自我管理意识差、时间管理能力不足、目标不明确、面对压力习惯于逃避或拖延应对等心理行为特征,通过过程设置、实施案例等面向试读生开展提升自信心与自我管理能力的团体心理辅导,收效较好。
