Abstract:
阐述了电涡流传感器的工作原理,研制了一种基于C8051F300单片机的焊接专用电涡流测距传感器,提出了一种温度、电压和距离补偿技术,采用温度、距离的离散化、设立基准点的方式进行标定,同时由于实验标定时被测对象和焊接应用时被测对象的材料、尺寸、表面粗糙度、形状完全相同.实验结果表明,研制的电涡流测距传感器和温度、电压、距离补偿技术可以提高焊接时测量距离的精度.
