从中温钎焊用钎料和中温钎焊技术两方面介绍了钎焊温度在800℃以下钛合金钎焊技术的研究进展,总结了微量元素对银基、铝基、钛-锆基中温钎料熔点及润湿性的影响,以及中温钎焊工艺对钛合金钎焊接头性能的影响;并指出了先进航空钛合金中温钎焊技术的发展方向.
