Abstract:
采用浸渍法将4种不同的金属离子负载改性活性炭,测定甲烷和氮气在改性后的活性炭上的常压吸附穿透曲线和常温变压吸附曲线,研究不同金属改性活性炭对低浓度甲烷(煤矿乏风瓦斯)吸附性能及分离CH4/N2的性能的影响.结果表明:经金属负载改性后的活性炭对低浓度甲烷的吸附穿出点由长到短依次为:Mg(Ⅱ)>Al(Ⅲ)>Ni(Ⅱ)>Fe(Ⅲ);常温变压吸附量由高到低依次为:Mg(Ⅱ)>A1(Ⅲ)>Ni(Ⅱ)>Fe(Ⅲ),最高达到了34 ml/g,对分离CH4/N2性能由高到低依次为:Mg(Ⅱ)>Fe(Ⅲ)>Ni(Ⅱ)>Al(Ⅲ)分离系数最高达到4.81.
