Abstract:
以铁路红外轴温探测系统为背景,采用高集成、高效率的TEC驱动芯片MAX1969、STM8L及外围电路构成红外光子探测器制冷电源,简化了电路设计,提高了制冷效率.在光子探头内部制冷模型创建中采用LabVIEW进行数据采集分析,在PID整定过程中采用Matlab/Simulink软件进行系统仿真.采用积分分离式PID算法,保证温度精确度达到±0.1℃,保障光子探测器探测率最优.
