Abstract:
为优化拥挤收费政策,以道路拥挤程度作为决策变量,设计了拥挤收费定价函数,分别建立了有、无拥挤收费措施下的出行方式选择博弈模型.证明了拥挤收费实施的必要性,发现当拥挤收费定价水平实时变化时,系统边际收益随公交返还比例的增加将呈现倒“U”型,即存在效率最高的公交返还比例.
