Abstract:
为了验证激光跟踪在位测量过程中路径规划的正确性,避免误操作,基于OpenGL图形库建立了被测齿轮的三维模型,利用3DsMax建立了三维平台和激光跟踪仪的模型并导入到所研发的测量仿真系统中;利用轴对齐包围盒(axis aligned bounding box,AABB)法实现测头与被测齿轮的触碰检测;系统可与雷尼绍UCC2控制器通信,读取当前测头坐标以更新计算机仿真测量系统中三维平台的状态,实现测量过程仿真.测试结果表明:该系统运行稳定,实现了特大型齿轮激光跟踪在位测量的仿真和测头与齿轮的触碰检测.
