Abstract：
美英两国作为创业教育的发始国，在各自独立的探索中积累了宝贵的经验，值得我们借鉴。本文基于美英两国的经验，结合我国政治、经济、文化、教育等因素的特征，提出拟建大学联合体，实现资源共享与资源整合，解决高校创业教育面临的难题。
