Abstract：
在香港的快速城市化进程中，新市镇的发展计划功不可没。目前，香港政府正在开展洪水桥新市镇的规划及工程研究。笔者通过对香港新市镇研究及洪水桥地区的实地调研分析，提出规划设计方案，以期对洪水桥新市镇的规划有所裨益。
