Abstract：
介绍了高炉无料钟炉顶齿轮箱传动系统的结构特点和工作原理,基于ZigBee无线传感器网络的温度在线监测系统的硬件和软件构成,ZigBee无线网络中的不同角色的设备间如何实现组网的基本原理,通过无线传感器网络温度在线监测系统在现场的应用案例,阐述了无线测温系统在高炉炉顶齿轮箱上的应用情况。实例表明:ZigBee无线网络可以很好的应用到高炉无料钟炉顶齿轮箱的测温中,从而为密闭腔体旋转机械的状态监测提供了一个有效的技术参考方法。
