云计算技术为进一步提升信息资源管理与利用创建了全新的理念.在深入探讨云计算技术及其应用特征的基础上,重点研究了基于云计算技术的信息资源即服务(Information Resource As A Service,IRaaS)的云服务体系架构,探讨了信息资源即服务的云服务模式.信息资源云服务模式研究扩展了云服务研究范围及其应用领域,为深入开展云服务相关研究做出了有益的尝试,并奠定了重要基础.
