Abstract：
本文选取2006年到2010年我国14家上市商业银行的经营数据作为样本，对商业银行资本结构与风险关系进行实证分析。回归结果显示，股本比率、资本公积率、一般风险准备率、未分配利润率、长期次级债务率与银行经营风险显著相关。
