Abstract：
近年来,基于性能的抗震设计理论、方法及应用越来越广泛,有关静力弹塑性理论的研究与工程实践也在增加。阐述了关于静力弹塑性分析思想的由来与发展及其基本概念,简要回顾了静力弹塑性发展的过程和国内外研究状况,总结了现阶段研究的不足并提出新的研究目内容和抗震设计方法。
